(Freya POV)

I take a nap after coming back to the pack house. My feet were swollen and I wanted nothing but to rest, so I quickly went to my room and got on the bed for a cat nap. I am sure that It will help me to replenish my energy. The moment my head hit the pillow, I was already asleep. Even in my sleep, Emerald’s words were circling in my mind and I wanted to shut them off but everything was coming to my mind again and again.

I got up from the bed and my eyes widened in the realisation that I was asleep for about two hours even though I just wanted to get a wink of sleep. I quickly got up and washed my face.
