“Have you asked him about what Austin said to you, sis?” Claudia enquired curiously after she went quiet for at least two minutes. During their video call, she wished she was there to comfort her sister because it seemed like she needed it. The last time she ever saw Gwendolyn so hurt was when their mother died. It had been a long that she wore the look on her face, seeing it now, she was perturbed. After asking a question, she waited for her to respond but instead of answering, Gwendolyn kept staring at the magazine she failed to return to Austin.
