The next morning…
Still worried about what happened the previous night and what was it that the counselor held this neighborhood by, I woke up early in the morning fixing the broken window. Christine came looking for me.
“Oh, I checked in your room and you weren’t there” she said.
“How did you sleep?” I asked.

The following day…It has been a few hours and Christine had taken Sophie to the soccer practice. She would have been on her way back at that moment.
