The house was quiet later that night as elena couldn’t sleep. She tossed and twisted, the sheets clinging to her skin like a second layer of guilt. Her chest felt tight, and her throat dry. She needed water and anything that wasn’t the echo of Roth Dimitri’s voice still pulsing in her head and the guilt eating her up.

Barefoot, she slipped out into the hallway. The mansion looked different at night, shadows stretching long across the walls, chandeliers glowing faintly. She told herself she was alone. That she could move through the house unseen.

But he was already there. Roth stood in the kitchen, leaning casually against the counter, sleeves rolled, shirt open at the throat, a glass of amber whiskey in his hand. He didn’t look surprised to see her. If anything, he looked like he’d expected it.

Elena’s pulse jumped. She almost turned back but his dark eyes pinned her. That slow sweeps down her bare legs, the skimpy see-through nightgown clinging to her body. He smirked like a man who already knew she wasn’t going anywhere.

“You wander my house at night?” his deep voice low and rough. “Careful, Elena. Shadows here don’t keep secrets.”

Elena swallowed, reaching for the faucet just to have something to do. “I couldn’t sleep.”

He didn’t move, just sipped his whiskey, eyes never leaving her. “Restless,” he murmured, like he was tasting the word on his tongue. “I know the cure for that.”

She stiffened. Tried to ignore him. Poured her water, fingers trembling, and when she lifted the glass, he was suddenly closer. His scent hit her, intoxicating, whiskey, and skin.

He held out his own glass. “Taste mine.”

Elena shook her head. “I don’t—”

“Drink.” The word wasn’t a request. His hand closed over her wrist, lifting her glass down, replacing it with his. The rim pressed to her lips. “Open your mouth for me.”

Her breath broke, and she obeyed. The whiskey burned, flooding her throat, and she coughed, but his hand slid to her jaw, steadying her, tilting her head back, forcing her to swallow the liquid fire. His thumb brushed her bottom lip when he lowered the glass.

“Good girl.” The words melted through her like poison and honey. “I like you better like this. Obedient.”

Her knees trembled. She hated how her body leaned closer, how heat coiled low in her belly. “You shouldn’t,” she whispered, voice shaking. “This is wrong, Roth. ”

Roth chuckled darkly. “Wrong tastes better, Elena.” He set the glass aside, stepping closer until the counter pressed against her back. His body caged hers. One finger lifted her chin.

His gray eyes burned like smoke and steel. “Do you know what you look like, standing here in my kitchen half naked at midnight? You look like temptation dressed as innocence, and I don’t believe in innocence.”

Her heart hammered. “Someone will hear.”

His mouth brushed her ear. “Then keep quiet. Or I’ll make you louder.”

Heat shot through her, her thighs clenching. She shook her head, but his hands were already on her, sliding her onto the counter as if she weighed nothing. Cool marble kissed the backs of her thighs. His body pressed between her knees, and he spread her thighs open, exposing her naked flesh.

Elena breath hitched. His hands braced on either side of her hips, caging her tighter as he stared at her bare, wet cunt “Look at you. Adrian’s sweet little fiancée. But you’re dripping sin for me.”

“Don’t—”

“Don’t what? Touch you? Make you admit you want your future father-in-law to bend you right here and fuck you bare?” His mouth brushed down her throat, lips dragging heat across her skin. “Tell me no and mean it, Elena. Or keep shaking like that and I’ll know the truth.”

She trembled, nails digging into the counter, her breath breaking in shallow gasps. His hand slid up, fingers pressing lightly against her throat, not squeezing. Just there. Her body betrayed her, arching toward him.

“Filthy little thing,” Roth whispered against her skin. “You want me to ruin you tonight, like i did that night.”

Her hips shifted, helpless. Her body screamed yes while her lips stammered, “I can’t, Adrian—”

Roth growled softly, pulling back just enough to look at her, his thumb dragging across her pulse. “Adrian doesn’t own you. He never did. You’re mine. You’ve been mine since that night.” His mouth curved. “I could have you now. Make you scream my name with my son sleeping above us. Would you stop me?”

Her eyes fluttered, heat crawling everywhere, shame tangled with need so raw it made her ache.

He leaned closer, lips grazing hers without fully kissing. “Say it. Tell me you don’t think about me when he touches you. Tell me you don’t imagine it's my hands instead.”

Tears stung her eyes. The guilt cut sharp, but her silence betrayed her. His chuckle was low, victorious. He dragged his mouth along her jaw, his teeth grazing skin. “That’s what I thought.”

His hand slid higher on her thigh, inching towards her throbbing cunt, he stopped as they heard faint footsteps. Elena’s breath seized. They could hear adrian’s voice, faint, calling her name.

Roth didn’t move away. He held her pinned, eyes locked on hers, his lips ghosting over her ear. “Stay still. Don’t you dare move.”

Elena froze, every of her muscle tight, and her pulse thundering. Adrian’s steps creaked, then faded, a door shutting again as silence swallowed the house.

Finally, Roth leaned back slowly. His hand slid from her throat, leaving heat branded in its wake. His smirk was pure sin. “You see? Even fate wants you caught. And still, you can’t stay away.”

Elena voice cracked, the tears sting at the corner of her eyes “This has to stop.”

Roth tilted his head, his eyes dark like a predator patient in the hunt. “Oh, Elena, too late. It’s only just begun.”

Elena’s office door clicked shut behind her, muting the hum of voices from the outer floor. She pressed her back to the wood, clutching her bag to her chest like a shield, willing her heart to slow. The whole morning she’d felt Roth’s eyes on her at breakfast, in the car ride when Adrian drove her in, even from across the lobby when she had caught sight of him speaking with a client. She told herself it was paranoia. Told herself he couldn’t be everywhere at once. But she knew better. Roth wasn’t the kind of man you escaped. She dropped her bag on the desk, pulled off her blazer, and sank into the chair. A shiver coursed through her when she touched her keyboard. It was ridiculous. She should be safe here, at work, in daylight. But her body hadn’t stopped humming since they all had breakfast. Every time she blinked, she saw herself bent over the kitchen counter, his hand at her throat, his cock grinding against her slick pussy. And every time she thought she’d managed to push it dow

The morning smelled of coffee and burnt toast, but Elena’s stood frozen in the bathroom, palms pressed flat to the sink, staring at the faint red bloom along her throat where his teeth had grazed her. She had scrubbed hard with cold water, dragged concealer over the marks until her skin was raw, but she could still feel them. His fingerprints were carved into her body and into her mind. Her stomach knotted with guilt. Adrian was already up, preparing for the day, utterly unaware of what had happened just down the hall last night while he slept. The thought made her chest ache. It should have repulsed her. But all it did was make her thighs press together as memory slid over her again—Roth’s cock teasing her slick slit, his hand gripping her throat as she came apart for him, his promise whispered against her ear. Next time, I won’t stop here. Her body shivered. “Baby?” Adrian’s voice broke through the door. He knocked twice. “We’re gonna be late. You okay in there?”Elena sucked in

  • I Let His Daddy Ruin Me   CHAPTER TWENTY

Elena stood at the sink, hot water running over her wrists as she rinsed the last of the wine glasses. Steam curled up against the window, fogging her reflection. She stared at herself faintly in the blurred glass—eyes wide, lips red from where she had bitten them raw all evening, body still humming with nerves from sitting across the table with Roth.He had barely spoken to her at dinner. That made it worse. His silence was unbearable. His gaze, the rare times she caught it, was molten and merciless, sliding over her as if stripping her clothes away right there in front of Adrian. She had pretended not to notice. She had laughed at Adrian’s stories, nodded at his mother’s questions, and smiled when Roth finally spoke in his low, smooth voice that reached down her spine like a stroke of heat. But beneath the table, when Adrian’s hand rested casually on her thigh, all she could think about was how Roth’s touch burned hotter. Adrian had decided they should spend a month with his parent

  • I Let His Daddy Ruin Me   CHAPTER NINETEEN

The sound of rain against the window woke him first. It was soft, steady, the kind of sounds that usually pulled Adrian deeper into sleep, but not tonight. His eyes opened, and his first thought was her.Elena lay curled against him, her cheek pressed into his chest, her breath fanning steady and warm over his skin. Strands of her dark hair spilled across his collarbone, tangled from the night before. He tucked some behind her ear and let his fingers trail through the silk until she stirred with a soft sigh. For a few blissful moments, it felt like nothing had changed. She was his. She was here. But the feeling never lasted anymore. There was something about her, something she tried to bury. The stiffness in her body when certain subjects came up. The way her eyes slid away too fast when his father’s name was mentioned. He’d caught her smiling to herself once, in the mirror, a smile that dimmed the moment she noticed him watching. Adrian had told himself not to think too hard about i

  • I Let His Daddy Ruin Me   CHAPTER EIGHTEEN

Elena woke with the weight of guilt pressed across her chest before her eyes even opened. It was becoming a ritual, a sickness that found her at dawn, pulling her into a storm of shame before the day even began.Adrian’s arm was draped lazily over her waist, his body warm against her back, his breathing deep and steady, the calm of a man who trusted her completely and that trust was a knife. She should have loved this life with him. She should have turned into his chest, breathed in his scent, pressed her lips to his throat and reminded herself that this was home, this was safety, this was the man who had chosen her. But instead, she lay rigid and wide-eyed, her pulse hammering, her mind consumed by the one man she could never allow herself to think of. Roth. The shame was instant and scorching, hot enough to sting. She squeezed her eyes shut, as if darkness could block out the images that came, his strong hands gripping her soft thighs, his mouth between them, the rough rasp of his v

  • I Let His Daddy Ruin Me   CHAPTER SEVENTEEN

Roth had told himself after that early morning in the kitchen, it was over. He would shut it down, bury the hunger, and lock Elena back into the unreachable place she should’ve stayed in from the beginning—Adrian’s. But lies were easy in the dark and harder in daylight. Every morning since then, he caught himself listening for her footsteps in the hallway. Every time Adrian brought her over, Roth’s body betrayed him. His blood quickened. His jaw clenched. And his cock hardened at the sound of her laugh. It was madness. He was forty-seven years old. He had lived enough to know better. To control himself. And yet Elena burned through him like poison. The memories didn’t fade; they multiplied. He could still taste her when he drank his coffee. Still smell her perfume in the fabric of the couch. Still hear her broken moans in the silence of his office. It was dangerous. Too dangerous. But Roth had always lived on the edge of danger, and now he was slipping. He thought of her on his
