That morning, Sebastian woke up feeling uneasy, with his heart beating restlessly, as though something terrible had happened.

He couldn't stop thinking about the way Bianca had walked away yesterday.

Seeing the distracted look on Sebastian's face, irritation briefly flashed in Lucy's eyes. She sniffled softly, tears filling her eyes as she showed him the fresh wound on her arm.

"Sebastian, it's my fault for forcing you to stay here and not letting you go home. If it's too difficult for you..."

But Sebastian cut Lucy off the moment he saw the wound. Without hesitation, he scooped her up and rushed both her and Christian to the hospital.

"The wound isn't serious. Just make sure to keep it dry for the next few days and stick to a light diet," the doctor said.

After bandaging Lucy's wound, the doctor examined her test results, his expression turning serious. "You're pregnant, so you really need to be more careful."
