view moreToday was the same as usual, Jenifer was quite satisfied with all her housework which was now finished. The kitchen-work was done because Jenifer had been cooking, and the whole house was already very clean. Jenifer sat sweetly in her knee-length dress. The food was already on the dining table, her beloved husband's favorite food menu. She was just waiting for her husband to come home.
“He should have arrived five minutes ago.”
Jenifer started to get restless as she played with her fingers on the table and looked at the clock hanging on the wall to her right. Until finally half an hour passed, but her beloved husband did not come home.
“Is he working overtime?” Jenifer muttered to herself, then she took out her cellphone to just check. But her husband's cell phone was inactive.
Jenifer immediately flinched when she heard that there was an impatient knock on the door. She hurriedly walked out, checking who was knocking on the door.
And Jenifer was shocked to see the sight before her eyes. A sight that made Jenifer's eyes water perfectly.
Yes, Erdward was at the doorstep and Erdward was embracing a blonde woman in very ... sexy clothes.
Jenifer didn't know what to say. She tried to think positively about what she saw. It was just that the hot kiss between the two of them without shame in front of the door seemed to have provided the real answers to all the questions that were on Jenifer's mind.
Jenifer's heart was broken when she saw that, her tears melted completely. She was almost collapsed, but she tried her best to stay straight and strong. She had to ask Erdward for an explanation.
“You guys … what are you guys doing?” Jenifer asked in a trembling voice.
“Babe, who is this woman? Why is there a woman in shabby clothes in your house? Is she your servant?” asked Sintia, apparently she didn't know that Erdward already had a wife.
Erdward ignored Jenifer and Sintia's questions, then he invited the woman into his house, while half-pushing Jenifer's body until Jenifer stepped back and almost fell. Jenifer kept trying to follow Erdward wherever he went and the woman who was still clinging to him went.
Because she was so annoyed, Jenifer tried to separate the two of them. But what happened was that Sintia slapped Jenifer's hand quite roughly.
"Who are you? Don't touch me with your dirty hands, servant!”
Jenifer's jaw dropped even more, she had no idea that the woman would even call her a servant. With narrowed eyes, the woman sat proudly, took off her pair of heels carelessly, then placed both feet on the table. How rude.
"Can you put your feet down from the table at my house, Miss?" said Jenifer, who was starting to lose patience, then she looked at Erdward with an extremely disappointed look. “Who is this woman, Erdward? And what do you guys do? What is this actually? Tell me, Erdward!"
Erdward pushed Jenifer's hand away again, even now until Jenifer fell. Then Erdward's eyes narrowed at Jenifer who had fallen on the floor, then he grinned perfectly.
“What do we do?” asked Erdward. He walked arrogantly then took the water that was on the dining table. He drank it greedily, then Erdward pulled the woman he had invited into the house again and started kissing her again.
“Let me introduce her to you, she is my new woman. And after this, I will be with her forever. This house will be our home.”
"Is she your wife?" Sintia interrupted, but Erdward immediately calmed Sintia and told her to be quiet.
"Yes, I'm Erdward's wife, and maybe you're just a new toy for him when he gets bored of me."
"You …."
“Jenifer, shut up!” Erdward snapped. He pushed Jenifer's hand away again until Jenifer just fell on the floor. Initially Erdward wanted to help Jenifer get up, because he accidentally made Jenifer fall. But in the end, Erdward dismissed all that pity, he had to be firm so that Jenifer would leave.
Jenifer was still trying to get up and reach for Erdward's body. Because he felt increasingly annoyed, Erdward became furious. He pushed Jenifer's body again and then kicked Jenifer in the stomach until she fell.
Jenifer started to grimace in pain, the pain in the pit of her stomach felt very real. However, it was the laughter of the woman who came to her house that made Jenifer's heart hurt even more. Was this what it felt like to be betrayed?
“Five hundred dollars for you, get out of my house.”
“W … what? What did you say, Erdward? We are a husband and wife, and we decided to live together. How can you throw me out of the house? So where should I live?"
All of Jenifer's belongings and clothes in the cupboard were thrown away in a mess by the blonde woman, then the woman grabbed Erdward from behind.
"Honey, don't be too harsh, I know that you don't love your wife anymore. But don't hurt her, I feel sorry for her." Sintia whispered in Erdward's ear.
“You know I already have Sintia, and I don't need you anymore, Jane. So go. Looking at you makes my eyes hurt, and wherever you want to stay I don't care."
Jenifer could only freeze, she didn't expect that her husband would throw her out of their house. Jenifer's hands clenched tightly into fists, her tears melted at the pain that Erdward had caused her. Jenifer turned her head away perfectly, what could she do now? Holding on was too painful. Meanwhile Jenifer didn't know where else to escape from all this pain.
“Pack your things immediately, Jane. Don't be a stupid woman who stays here. Didn't I tell you to leave?”
Jenifer looked at Erdward, and for some reason Jenifer's gaze with tears in her eyes made Erdward feel a little regretful. Erdward then turned his face away, because he didn't want to see Jenifer's sad face again.
“I'm the one who's had enough of you, Jane. You are a boring woman. At first I loved you because I thought you were an attractive woman, but in reality? Your appearance is embarrassing, and I can't be proud of you in front of my friends, and your attitude is too stingy as if you were a beggar, plus you are unable to satisfy me in bed, so what else can I keep from you, huh?!"
"Okay, if you really prefer that woman over me, then I'll go." Jenifer smiled, even though her tears were flowing. She wiped the tears that were dripping down her cheeks. "Congratulations, especially to you, Sintia. Today you have succeeded in snatching another woman's husband into your arms, but believe me karma will come straight at you."
"Don't talk too much, Jane. Anyway, I want to tell you that from now on we are divorced! I will take care of all our divorces!”
Erdward immediately dragged Jenifer's body out of the house, then closed the door from the inside. Jenifer fell again perfectly, her body was crushed but what was even more crushed was her heart.
Jenifer could see how Erdward took off the wedding ring he was wearing and threw it roughly at Jenifer's face. Jenifer couldn't even breathe because of the tightness in her chest that she felt now.
Jenifer shook her head, she couldn't fall down. She had to get up and be strong, she couldn't continue to look weak in front of Erdward.
Jenifer got up amidst the cold snow that was starting to fall. She staggered in the middle of the road until a pair of car lights shone into her eyes and the screech of tires made Jenifer immediately unconscious. Jenifer ... fainted, just as the driver of the black sedan braked.
