ALPHA DRAGLUN’S POV

It took time for them to let me in. I knew it was based on his orders, but I don’t mind. I might be labeled the weakest Alpha, but protecting my pack comes first. If I have to keep up with him to save them, that's what I'll do.

I saw Auriel. The hug was simple, but her heady mate made an issue of it. Should I mention the issue with Tala and Dante? He arrogantly asked me to meet him on the terrace when I was done with the reunion. "How rude?"

"Wanna play? I'd beat you in person this time!" His son asked. He had Ashina's eye.

"Sure, Dante," I replied. I would enjoy wasting some of his father's time. I'd make him wait.

I was a pro at video games. I played them a lot as a kid. "That’s all for now, Dante. I have to go meet your dad. We need to talk about something very important."

"I have something for you," he offered.
