Chapter 121

Azeph felt like he had been stabbed on the chest when he saw Elinor's hands filled with blood. He watched her as she went limp in his arms blood covering the front of her dress and tickling out of her lips in a thin line staining over her porcelain skin.

His hands trambled as he held her in his arms and his mind raced with millions of thoughts.

"Elin..." His voice whispered but she didn't answer. Her eyes were closed and she remained listless in his arms her head tilted to the side.

His mind was in jumbles and he was about to scream in madness. He couldn't lose her, this can't be happening. He can't live without her, she can't leave him like this. Not when they promised to spend their lives together.

"She's still alive, but her pulse is way too weak." Louis said as he took her wrist and checked her pulse, something that Azeph counldn't even think about doing.

"I..." Azeph mumbled still in shock.

"Get it together," Louis said in a hard tone that shook Azeph and made him snap out of hi
