Vito’s POV

Now isn’t this just interesting?

Our one and only biggest rival, Sebastian King, was right here in my territory. Not just in my fucking territory—I had dry-humped him into the dirt and made him come so hard he was still dazed under me.

“Sebastian?” I called, half-laughing, wanting to make sure it was actually him and not some evil twin. Not that he needed one. He was already evil enough on his own.

For a second he just lay there, chest heaving, the aftershocks still running through him. Then the fog cleared.

His eyes sharpened. Rage flooded in.

“Get the fuck off me, you son of a bitch!”

Before I could answer, his fist slammed into the side of my face. The impact cracked through my skull and knocked me sideways into the leaves. I tasted blood almost instantly.

Sebastian shoved himself up, still shaking, still wrecked from what I’d just done to him, but pure venom in every line of his body. I sat there on the dirt with a smirk on my lips.

“We don’t see this every day,” I mocked, eyes deliberately trailing down to the dark wet patch still visible on the front of his pants.

“Get your fucking eyes off me.”

“Not my hands?” I tilted my head. “Funny. You didn’t say that when I was making you come. You even—”

He lunged. One second he was standing over me, the next his fist had twisted into the front of my shirt and yanked me up until our faces were inches apart.

“You breathe one word about this to anyone,” he snarled, “and I will fucking kill you.”

I smiled, blood still smeared at the corner of my mouth.

“I just love it when you talk dirty to me.”

“You’re disgusting.”

“So disgusting I made you come that hard?”

His hand lifted again, ready to put another fist through my face. I turned my cheek slightly, offering him a cleaner angle, almost inviting it. He hesitated—just for a fraction of a second—then shoved me away with a sound of pure contempt.

“Fucking pervert.”

He scanned the trees once, glared at me like he was memorizing the moment for later violence, and took off into the dark.

I stayed on the ground and watched him go, a slow, smug smile stretching across my face.

It was probably foolish. My father had been circling the Kings for months. Catching Sebastian cleanly would’ve earned me praise, money, maybe even a rare scrap of approval. But somehow the bastard had managed to crawl under my skin and stay there.

After a while I stood, brushed the dirt off my clothes, and walked back to the hunting house empty-handed.

Matteo noticed my split lip the second I stepped inside.

“Are you okay?”

“Yeah.”

“You didn’t get any coins?”

“No,” I said, tongue briefly touching the cut on my lip. “But I found something far more interesting.”

*****

Sebastian loves to pretend he hates me.

It’s almost cute, the way he clings to that little performance. As if hating me somehow cancels out the fact that he wants me so badly it makes him violent.

I think what he actually hates is that the wanting exists at all. That it got under his skin and stayed there.

I mean—have you seen me?

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I’m the full fucking package. Face, body, brain, and a cock big enough to keep my ego permanently inflated.

He can glare and snarl and threaten all he wants. His body already gave him away a year ago on the forest floor.

A breathless little sound slips out of me as I palm myself through my pants, eyes locked on the screen.

My little prey is moving through his house shirtless, tattooed, silent, all sharp lines and controlled violence.

He knows I’m watching. Of course he does. I have cameras in every room he has.

He found one once. The next morning I woke up to his hand around my throat, crushing, furious, eyes wild.

He’d driven five hours just to wrap his fingers around my neck and look me in the face while he did it.

Romantic, if you ask me.

Finding my place isn’t easy. That means he spent time hunting me. Thinking about me.

Wanting me so badly enough to cross the distance. I was so touched, I made him cum a few times before sending him back.

Sebastian has a few interesting addictions.

He doesn’t eat properly unless there’s something chemical in his system. Doesn’t sleep unless he’s dancing on the edge of suffocation.

And he can’t come unless someone’s choking him—cutting off his air, holding him right there on the knife’s edge between panic and release.

I discovered that last part personally. And I’ve been thinking about it ever since. On the screen, Sebastian drags a low table closer and sinks down onto the floor in front of it. He tips a small baggie, spilling a neat line of white powder across the dark wood. Cocaine. Of course.

He leans in without hesitation, one hand bracing, and inhales like a man who’s been starving for it.

When he finally sits back, head tipping against the edge of the couch, his mouth falls open on a sound I can’t hear but I know exactly what it would sound like.

It’s the same expression he made when I had my hand around his throat and my hips grinding him into the dirt.

And I can’t fucking believe I’m jealous of a substance.

After a while he lifts his head and stares straight into the camera. Straight into me. I go still, watching the careful shape of his mouth as he forms the words.

Having fun?

His hand drifts down and presses against the hard line of his cock. He doesn’t touch himself, he can’t. There’s no use knowing he won’t be able to cum.

“Be down in twenty”. My phone flashed a message from Matteo. I groan. They just had to ruin my fun with that stupid family gathering of shit. I took one last look at Sebastian.

Oh god. How perfect was he? So fucking perfect for me. It took everything in me to shut down the screen and tuck myself back in instead of driving over to his place and taking what I need from him.

If he behaves, maybe I’d give him what he needs to but we all know being good isn’t exactly in Sebastian’s blood. He loves being bad, he loves getting put in his place.

*******

“Is there a reason why we always have to involve him in everything?” Leo asked, his eyes filled with irritation.

“He’s your brother,” Matteo answered without looking up from his phone.

Luca let out a short, ugly laugh. “Last time I checked, our mother wasn’t a—”

“Luca.” Matteo cuts his brother off. They scoffed and looked away. I was used to it anyway, I don’t bother responding to them again. Unless I was bored, then I love to get on their nerves.

Matteo finally locked his phone and set it face-down on the table. His gaze moved between Luca and me.

“Father wants all four of us on this,” he said. “The Kings are moving products through the east docks again. Someone’s been tipping them off about our schedules. Until we find the leak, no one sits out.”

Luca’s jaw flexed. “So we’re babysitting the bastard while we work. Perfect.”

I leaned back in my chair and gave him a slow, empty smile.

“Careful, Luca. Keep talking like that and people might start thinking you feel threatened. Afterall, aside from your pretty face, everything else about you is useless.”

His eyes snapped to mine. For a second I thought he might actually come across the table and punch me in the face. Which I would have absolutely fucking love.

God knows how long I’ve been craving the chance to ruin that pretty, self-righteous face of his. Matteo’s hand lifted an inch off the wood.

“Sit. Down.” Matteo ordered.

Unlike the rest of us, Matteo almost never swore. He considered it a sign of weak intelligence.

Luca froze, jaw clenched so tight I could almost hear his teeth grind. He dropped back into his seat with a disgusted exhale.

“We don’t have time for this,” Matteo said, voice even. “Vito is coming with me.”

“Why?” Luca snapped.

Matteo pinched the bridge of his nose, the closest thing to open frustration he ever allowed himself.

“I am not spending the next twenty-four hours mediating a pissing contest between the two of you. The meet is tomorrow at the east docks. Vito is with me. Luca, you’re on warehouse detail with Leo. If either of you deviate from that plan, I will handle it personally. Clear?”

“Crystal,” I said mildly.

“Did I make myself clear, Luca?”

“Yes brother”.

The only reason why I'm going with them is because of the Kings. God forbid I pass up any opportunity to get close to my little—not so little—kitten again.

  • I'm not yours, Vito.   A prey and his hunter

If you think I’m fucked up in the head, then you haven’t met Sebastian King. The first time I officially met Sebastian King, he had just smashed someone’s skull open like a ripe watermelon against the concrete floor of an abandoned warehouse. Blood sprayed in a fine mist. Bone cracked with a wet, final sound. And in that exact second—while everyone else flinched or looked away—I knew, without a single second of doubt, that he was meant to be mine. He just hasn’t realized it yet. Now there are three problems. First, I cannot be gay. Being the third and most unloved child is already bad enough. Being gay is basically loading the gun and handing it to my father. He would put a bullet between my eyes without blinking and then have someone clean up the mess before dinner. Second, Sebastian hates my guts. We are supposed to be rivals—two families circling the same bloody territory, two names that make lesser men sweat. But isn’t hate sex the purest kind? All that violence with nowhere
