CHAPTER SIXTY NINE: COME TO ME!

Kayla’s POV

I watched the men who sat merrily, joking amongst themselves as if they were just a few normal guys out for a day of camping in the forest. But I knew firsthand how looks could be deceptive and that these men were anything but normal. I could literally feel the evil aura emanating from them, and I was not even someone normally sensitive to such things. 

My eyes locked on the man who sat in the center and appeared to be the leader of the group. He had curly golden hair up to his shoulders, and his eyes appeared to be a lighter shade of green. He even had a dimple when he smiled, and I suddenly had the urge to go and choke him to wipe that damn smile off his face.
