When he got home , Massimo looked at his Hermes shoes that were stepped on by Luna and laughed lightly .

‘ What a weird girl ! She even wore trainers . ‘ thought Massimo .

After he took a shower he saw his phone ringing . His relaxed expression turned into a dark one .

“ Bro ? “ said Jack with a smile .

Massimo glared at him with a killing intend making Jack immediately having cold sweat .

‘ ….Damn , he looks really pissed . He looks like he will kill me if I go back there… ‘ thought Jack with his face half blue .

“ Tell me Jack . How should I fucking kill you when I come back ? Feeding you to my dear tiger isn’t that bad of an idea . “ said Massimo super pissed .

“ I….just called to make sure you….didn’t destroy the place . “ said Jack with a nervous and stuttering tone .

“ The girl that was supposed to come didn’t come . “ said Massimo as he wore his shirt .

“ What ? Who came then ? “ said Jack angry .

‘ I put my life on the line and made this crazy madman of a president go to be a gigolo yet she didn’t come . ‘ thought Jack with an angry look but immediately got rid of the anger when Massimo glared at him .

“ I would have fed you to my dear tiger but luckily for you I had an interesting meeting . Investigate the girl that came to the bar that night . I wanna know everything . “ said Massimo with a smirk .

“ Did she catch your eye ? “ asked Jack with a relieved expression .

Massimo laughed then sent him a picture of his shoes . Jack was stunned when he saw the mark of a pair of trainers on it .

“ You owe me a pair of special edition Hermes shoes . “ said Massimo and closed the call then went to sleep .

Meanwhile , the ball of Jack’s family already started . The Gomez family was one of the most influential families at the moment . All the important people were invited at the party .

“ Just what the heck has my mother done ? Is she planing a rebellion by inviting all these important people ? Luckily I came otherwise she would have boiled me alive . “ said Jack .

Jack turned his face and saw his mother looking at him .

“ Mom…I… “ said Jack but madam Gomez interrupted him .

“ Since you don’t wanna get seriously immersed into work and give me and your father a break to relax then do something useful while wasting time . “ said madam Gomez walking away and leaving Jack to be surrounded by a couple of girls .

The girls immediately surrounded Jack . Jack couldn’t get rid of them easily as his parents were talking with their parents for business and he knew that if he messed up , his mother wouldn’t forgive him .

In the meantime , Mel just arrived to the ball and handed her invitation which she had received from her employer’s people . Mel wore small AirPods to connect to always be in touch with the others .

“ Did you enter smoothly ? “ asked the person .

“ Easily ! “ said Mel with a smirk .

“ Now that you entered it will be easy for you to get the datas from the computer at mr Gomez’s office . Get the files in the main computer then return . Make sure to check everything is downloaded before going back to the ball . Stay there for at least ten minutes then come out before the guards realise . Mel , the higher ups say that you must definitely succeed . “ said the person .

“ Understood ! “ said Mel and took a glass of champagne then headed in the ball , blending in with the others thanks to her grey dress and mild blonde hair wig .

She had such a great camouflage that could prevent even the face detector device from recognising her . After entering Mel followed the map in her watch and went to mr Gomez’s private office . When she arrived she saw two giant bodyguards guarding the door . She easily knocked them out and the few maids that were around then locked them in the room in front . Mel quickly entered the office and started to d******d .

‘ What ? Twenty minutes ?….Come on ! ‘ thought Mel annoyed .

She waited for ten minutes . As she was looking that there was only the file of today’s project to d******d , she sighed in relief but the door of the office opened and Jack came in . Mel quickly closed the laptop and hid herself while the down land still continued .

“ Luckily I found the excuse of getting away from those girls . If they weren’t the daughters of important people I would be sliding them by now . Haaaah…. “ said Jack .

He was so tired from the girls that he didn’t notice the usb on the computer .

She followed Jack to the ballroom and saw him placing the laptop with the usb on the podium . When seeing that he hadn’t noticed the usb , she sighed in relief then started to think of a way to approach Jack and go to the podium to easily get the usb .

“ I got it . “ said Mel with a devilish smile smile when the music started .

As Jack came down the podium , Mel passed by him and bumped her shoulder lightly on his chest .

“ Oh , I am sorry sir . “ said Mel .

When Jack turned around to see Mel , he remained mesmerised by her beauty . At that moment the music started .

“ Miss , how about you give me the honor of this dance ? I would be a perfect apology . “ said Jack with his playboy smirk .

“ He he he ! Since you put it that way . “ said Mel with her cheeks blushing a little .

The girls that were waiting to dance with Jack were extremely jealous that Mel had already taken him . Other people joined the dance as well , making the atmosphere more lively . Jack couldn’t keep his eyes away from Mel .

When dancing with her , Jack slowing placed his hand down her waist and pulled her closer to him .

“ You really are an enchanting lady . “ said Jack .

Mel smiled then approached her head closer to his ear .

“ The most beautiful roses are also the most dangerous ones sir . Only if you bear the pain you can admire the beauty . “ whispered Mel .

Jack smiled at that and then turned around holding Mel in his arms completely .

“ Only touching it a bit will pierce me . Since I have to suffer so much don’t you think it’s fair for me to have a taste of such a beautiful rose ? “ said Jack .
