“I had thought that Jodhpur would be very hot. But here at the moment, there is a relief of a little coolness,” said Irene as she looked around herself, walking ahead with her luggage with Kevin.

“It’s cloudy. Did it rain here?” He squinted his already small eyes as he looked up at the sky. The brightness still did not allow him to look at it properly and he groaned. He looked down and rubbed his eyes, finding moisture accumulating that spilt out through the corners.

Irene chuckled, “Chinese eyes,” she mumbled under her breath.

“Yes, it rained a while ago. You survived the wrath of the heat.” Izhar gave him the answer as he also walked behind them with their luggage.

“And how do you know, Mister?” Zoya came to pinch his cheek, wiggling her brows.

“I informed him,” said Adnan who stood for them in a waiting lane. They came to pick them up. They met each other while Christian could not help but try to hide his distaste towards Adnan. He still did not like his presence.
