Dark Alley

With my head and eyes lowered, I start to look around for Logan. I can’t believe he left me.

Maybe I’m wrong to think he has left me but I was starting to freak out without him by my side and especially in the mist of so many people who could take one glance at me and know exactly who I was.

My thought were going in different directions not sure how my necklace actually went missing from my neck without me even realizing it.

My eyes burn with blood rushing into my ears as I hurried along, barely focusing on exactly where i was head.

I wonder how many persons have seen my real eyes aside from the mermaid.
