CHAPTER SIX

Isabella's POV

For some unknown reasons I felt good , Dave just kissed my forehand , I felt a lurch in my 

stomach , I ran straight to the toilet to empty my stomach content , I was definitely going to 

regret yesterday for a while.

I got off from my bed after clearing the takeouts dave bought , I changed from the clothes I 

wore the previous night , carefully removing my bra and lingerie, I went under the shower, I let 

the water do miracles , I needed a soothing aid . I came out of the shower after spending close 

to an hour . I got out dried my hair and creamed my skin , putting on my pink tank top and shorts, 

I continued my project on my laptop, I was already rounding off chapter three , after typing for 

close to thirty minutes , I decided to shut the laptop and watch movie , after finally surfing for 

movies I settled down with 365 days , the hype was high online.

It was interesting although, it had too many sexual scenes , it was not really my type of movie , 

after an hour , I was done and about to take a nap when my phone rang.

It was a strange caller ID .

"Hello who is on the line "

"Hello , they have gotten here , they are here , they want to kill me , please take care of yourself, 

don't come...." I heard a sound which sounded like a slap 

I felt tears at the corner of my eyes , they were torturing my mother, I couldn't just stay here, I 

intend on ending this shit today , whatever they wanted they would get , I grabbed my purse , 

boarded a cab to where she was staying.

Getting there I met the apartment quiet and desolate , I pushed the door , fortunately it was open

 , I felt a prick at the back of my neck , which gave an overwhelming sensation , immediately my 

eye sight blurred ,  I blacked out.

Waking up I looked around, I saw two men , one behind me and the other behind my mother, 

they looked so deadly and ready to kill, I looked at my mother , she was half asleep on the chair 

she was tied to , she looked so pail , I felt my tears roll out .

The door opened , there he was , the demon , SANTIAGO.

"The main guest finally arrived , how're are you Isabella, you see when I asked my boys not to 

get you from your apartment forcefully, they thought I didn't know what I was doing, I told them I 

loved my women obedient and willing , hahahaha" his dreadful laughter resounded in the room

"You don't need to keep her here , I'm here already"

" She is the only tool to compel your obedience Milady, so as long as you cooperate she would 

be free and properly taken care of"

" What do you want?"

"You" he said with lustful glints in his eyes

"I would rather die, you can never have me, santiago" I said with evident disgust 

" I love them fisty at times , but most times obedient, you might want to watch your mouth 

 around me" he said with in a colder tone

" You killed my father , you killed my sister , what else do you want , haven't you avenged enough 

you bastard... " I was cut short by a lash at my back , i felt stars of pain explode all over my 

body .

"Please don't hit her , please " my mom's weak voice brought me to consciousness

"Don't worry I would be fine mother "

" The worst mistake I made was to spare you that night , I would have searched the house more 

carefully and ended you too , rather than all.these worthless stress I'm going through now"

"Well you have from now till evening to change your mind , else your mother is up for execution 

tomorrow , and I will bring her head back to you" he said smiling . With that he turned his back 

and left .

Something about the way he spoke made me know he wasn't joking, I wanted to let out the 

stream of tears welling but I couldn't let him see me cry , no! ,he can't find out how vulnerable I 

was.

 I turned to my mother , she was no longer crying, it seems she had accepted her fate .

"Don't worry , nothing is going to happen to you mum"

"You don't have to agree to any of his evil advances , just let me go instead"

" Stop talking like that , nothing is going to happen"

"Enough!!" The darker guard at the door said
