"How dare you walk on me like that?" He grunted as he rigidified his finger around her waist.

"You didn't want to come with me in the first place." She ventured to push him but his strong iron grip won't loosen at all.

He grumbled like a maniac, "But you kidnapped me."

"And then I released you, Liam D'zire. You are free to go back home or wherever you want to go."

"You should have thought about it before you brought me here."

"Huh, what?" Arielle speechlessly stared into his eyes, hoping to see his emotions.

He slowly tilted his head to the side, his unwavering and dark gaze locked on her face. It was unnerving the way he stared down at her. His gaze swept slowly. It felt like facing off with a wolf that’s about to pounce and rip her to shreds.

His breaths came deep and warm. As his dark gaze stalled on her mouth, trepidation racked her spine. She could foresee his upcoming actions.
