Claudia’s pale face turned red and Rupert’s laughter filled the place. He pinched the lady’s cheeks before lifting her. While the latter mumbled incoherent words until they reached the bath. Slowly, Rupert put her in the water and joined her afterward. They both sealed their mouths for a moment until he broke the silence.
“How’s the temperature?” he asked when he saw her flinching.
Claudia raised her head and answered, “It’s fine, though quite painful for my wounds.”
Rupert tilted his skull to the side and pulled the lady closer to him. “I forgot to take off my pants and you still have your robe on. Why don’t we remove them?” He hid his smile when the lady turned her gaze away. “I told you I’ll help you recover, but we require you to have physical contact.
