Alessia's POV

"We need to reconsider the clue. I think it's not the globe." Elijah told me as he cut a steak. His eyes are focused on the tender steak.

I nodded and drank some milk. "I'll be researching as well about Charybdis. Once we figure out what it is, it will be easier for us to know the exact location." I responded to him and chewed a piece of broccoli that was part of the steak.

Elijah looked at me. His eyes were filled with thought as he searched for a sign of what Charybdis was. It's already been more than a week and there is no single progress with the mission. Thanksgiving is already approaching and the end of the year as well.

"You still have work." He commented on me. He knows that I will be busy these coming days because of the ski resort being built.

I smiled at him. "I can manage. I will just do some light reading in the library. The design is already done and I don't want to spend my time outside. So I will have plenty of time to read." I'm still proud of him that y
