Alessia's POV

I ARRANGE the bottles filled with medicines in order. I have started my work even though I haven't seen Elijah again after that scene in Stefano's room.

I don't see Stefano either. I didn't try to look for him because I knew that he was doing something important so I couldn't see him anymore.

I am now in the hospital room. It's not as big as the other rooms here but the interior is nice. It's clean, everything is white, there's a bed and a lot of medical supplies, of course, from herbs—but there's also a syringe here.

Some people come here because they have LBM, so I give them drinks to stop them losing weight which is out of control. There are also others because they just have a headache, or a fish stung their throat.

Usually my patients here are women who have headaches or stomachaches. The men, on the other hand, have wounds or broken bones. You can really see the difference in them.

There was a knock at the door, so I expected it to be a waitress with a headache. So
