Mark was waiting for Lily in the parking, inside Lily’s car. He had rested his head against the head restraint. He had closed his eyes in the hope that he could get some sleep but he was not able to. The last night he could not able to get sleep. His head was aching. The pain was heavy as if someone was hitting at his head with a stone.

He put his hands on the either side of his head as the pain was somewhat unbearable to him. “Just a few minutes sleep will be enough for me,” Mark murmured. Hearing a knock on the window, Mark opened his eyes and saw Lily was there.

He opened the door for her and Lily got into the passenger’s seat. Mark noticed the broad smile on her face when Lily asked him if he watched her doing reporting.

“I forgot,” Mark replied. The smile on Lily’s face disappeared as soon as she heard that but she did not speak anything. Mark started the engine when Lily asked him about Lucian.
