Evelyn's povIn the following weeks, my relationship with Kian was developing, or at least that was what I wanted people to believe when they laid eyes on us. He had moved fully into my chambers and he had made no move towards my bed, resigning himself to one of the couches in my bedroom that did a really insufficient Job in taking all of his tall frame and most nights he had to fold himself up.The discomfort was obvious on his handsome face but he made no sort of complaint.
