"I actually wish it was you, Weiwei, who married into the Montgomery family. At least you're sensible and in good health; you wouldn't have been married for so long without any sign of a baby!"

Upon hearing these words, Vanessa Galsworthy's face turned pale.

She instinctively touched her abdomen, thinking of the little life that once grew there, feeling a dull, unbearable pain in her heart.
