Another AMAZING book from Emma. I got caught up in the story as I looked forward to the twists. Loved the characters, even the roles of the evil ones. Everything tied together really well.

The tension, drama, anticipation! It’s all here. Another wonderful success for ES and her writing. 300 characters just can’t do it justice for a proper review. ES is masterful in her ability to fit so much into such a compact story. And she really pulls you into the story and makes you feel. Bravo!

will there be new books?

i love the book. though we dont know what will happen regarding the throne but I liked the chemistry they have here. MCs blended well. written very well not trying hard, just fluid really. a realistic type of chemistry. as always, ES, short novels are your forte.
