Heart’s Choice

Sammy looked up when she noticed she was no longer alone. It had taken her a while before she realized she has a couple of body guards who choose to stay in the background but always watchful. At first she wanted to throw a fit but then choose to allow the men to do their jobs as appointed.

The calling of her name from the very familiar voice slowly made her look up.

"Yvette MacDonald,” she said simply in acknowledge.

“Do you mind if I sit down?”

“What do you want?”

“I am going to sit, this is ridiculous.”

Sammy watched the other woman taking the chair. The waiter immediately approached them. Instead she waved the man away since she really doesn’t want to be in her uninvited company too long.
