65. Back at the pack

The ride to the pack was long and very uncomfortable, Emily was fast asleep and resting on my lap. She was very happy when Rhoyda asked her for help, they were giggling like little girls while packing a few things in Rhoyda's suitcase.

As for Ken, he seemed very happy but somehow distant, I could tell he was having a few problems of his own, that's why I chose to keep away from him.

"Are you okay?" Rhoyda mind linked me.

She was sitting in front next to Ken while he drove, I chose to sit behind with Emily because I wanted to hold her in my arms and calm myself.

I was very nervous, afraid and a sense of guilt was easily washing all over me.

"No, I'm not okay. Rhoyda I'm going back to the one place that I never thought I was going t
