I sat in front of Aaron just to make sure he kept his hands off me while we were in public. The last thing I wanted was for us to draw attention, even though I badly wanted to hug him already.

I was scanning the menu when a female approached us, ready to take our orders.

"Hi!" She said this in a very friendly voice. "What are we having today?"

"Hi!" I replied without taking my eyes off the menu and started reading my order. "I'll have a grilled burger with barbecue sauce and fries. And then strawberry milkshake."

Once I was done, I lifted my head to look at her and found a tall, blond female smiling seductively at Aaron. My eyes squinted before I slowly looked at Aaron in front of me.

He was staring at the menu, but I could feel that he was anxious. His ears were starting to turn red.

"Did you hear what I said?" I asked the female in a sarcastic tone.

She tilted her head towards me before giving me a fake smile, "Yes pup, a grilled burger with barbecue sauce, fries, and

It’s important to remember that she is younger than him and only recently has been a part of pack life so this is all too much for her. Aaron is being incredibly understanding as he should be which is great. I’m sure it’s incredibly hard for her to have to witness her man being asked out
