I've never known of being deadly shocked until today, the man that I've run away from was actually the one who hired me, he was my boss? He…was? Alan was sitting before me, I couldn't believe it. I was not prepared for this, no…even if I was given a chance to prepare myself before meeting up with him then I'd still react the same way or worse. I didn't know what to do or what to say, all my mind was telling me at that moment was to run away, fast. I acted up as my mind told me to and ran from him, again. I don't know why but his presence was kinda scary to me, I was scared of him when he was the one who wronged me. Being devastated was an understatement for what I was actually feeling.

I was glad that the taxi appeared the moment I ran out of the building as if it was ordered to, I hailed it and told the driver to go ahead, not even knowing where I wanted to go at the moment. I sobbed silently on the backseat of the taxi, thinking of hundreds of things at the same time, t
