Untamed beast

Asriel rolled drowsily on the bed before something hard brought him to a stop. His head was throbbing in pain. Slowly he opened his lazy eyes and blinked constantly adjusting to the dim light of the room. He got from bed and stumbled on something, making him glance around.

Asriel froze.

Three naked bodies lying on the bed, one almost falling by the side of the bed. He subconsciously glanced down at his naked self before he cursed out loud and picked a towel to cover himself.

He opened his mouth and a deep and heavy growl reverberated through his chest, sending the three jumping helter-skelter from the bed, picking themselves from the ground.

The three stood up with sleep filled eyes, confused and filled with terror seeing the obscure dark eyes burning with anger gawking down at them.

Veins popped out of Asriel's forehead, little sweats formed all over his body. He turned to the three and threw heavy punches at them. The three tried to duck, but not it was useless against the angry wolf. It wasn't until everyone got a taste of the heavy blows that he stopped.

They held their burning cheeks, their teeth almost coming out as they whimpered in pain. The entire room suddenly smelt of death, with a sudden chill condensing in the room, sending shivers down their spine.

Asriel was enveloped in a murderous aura as he glanced around at anything he could use to finish off those filthy bastards. He couldn't believe it, that he could lower himself to this because of those stupid sentimental feelings.

Asriel made one more step towards the three ready to hit them, his towel fell to the ground and he had to pick it up.

The three feeling liberated scurried out of the room to the living room picking up whatever clothes they laid their hands on before heading for the door.

The three immediately opened the door to rush out, but hit themselves on a hard surface, sending them falling back into the room, hitting the cold floor with their naked butts.

Death had finally arrived. Who thought that this once in a lifetime opportunity was just an invitation to death. The untamed beast had finally been awaken.

Asriel was already in the room after them, the three could only think of kneeling down to plead for mercy.

" What the hell happened here?" Asriel asked the moment he spotted Nicko by the door, his eyes never leaving his prey.

" I'm sorry boss, you gave me no other option last night. Something grave has happened, you better take this," Nicko said handing over to him the mobile that was ringing.

" Whatever it is, I don't want to hear of this. Do away with this bastards before I have blood on my hands," Asriel roared before he turned back into the room and entered the bathroom, slamming the door hard after him.

He moved sickly to the sink, his nose sprouting a centimeter away. If only he could he would disinfect his entire intestines. He forced himself to vomit everything, the saliva he surely had tasted. He turned to the overly hot shower and scrubbed his skin that it turned red.

A sudden coldness enveloped him. A different Asriel emerged out of the bathroom.

Nicko was waiting by the door to his room.

" Didn't I say you do away with those filthy bastards. I meant they had to die," Asriel said as he picked up a clean towel and dried his hair.

" It has been taken care of boss, but I think you should see this," Nicko handed to him the phone.

Asriel was taken aback, how in the world could that happen.

" Why didn't you tell me about this sooner?" Asriel dropped everything and picked up the new clothes Nicko had placed on the bed, putting them on hurriedly.

"I'm sorry sir, my phone was off. I informed you at once when I received the information."

" Is everything ready?"

" Yes boss, Zack is waiting."

The two jolted out of the room, Nicko running literally to start the car. Asriel was done in a moment and they drove off to the airport at lightning speed.

Back at Zia's apartment, she slowly opened her eyes as she kicked away the blankets, suddenly she felt sore stretching her hands. That was when she remembered the kind of marathon she had the previous day.

Zia glanced around the room, the rays of the sun beautifully seeped through the curtains. That wasn't until she sat up on the bed abruptly, remembering that she just got a job the previous day. Quickly she picked up her mobile, ten minutes past eight. Zia jolted out of the room into the bathroom. She still had all her clothes on. She didn't even want to think how the hell she could sleep in her clothes.

Seconds later she had worn a loosely fitting dress before she rushed into the living room. The car keys were on the table. Not thinking much, she picked them up and dashed out of the room. In no time she was on the road, it would take her like twenty minutes at her speed to get to work.

A flash of what transpired the previous night went through her head, but she had no time to think about it. Maybe Cai had been back and helped her get back home. She hadn't even thought of checking his room.

Hurriedly Zia had her car parked before she rushed into the hotel. It was already bustling with activity that early in the morning. She had to report her arrival time as advised by Zippy. It seemed everyone had signed in.

Everyone was glancing strangely at her, from the security at the door to the receptionist and even the guests. Zippy quickly spotted her and rushed by her side, an empty tray in her hands.

" You look so messed up, I thought you wouldn't return," Zippy said as she led her to the washroom.

" I'm finished for sure, I'm late for my first job,"

" You must have jumped right into the car from bed. Your hair is unkempt, and your makeup isn't done at all,"

Zia glanced up at her reflection in the mirror and almost cried, she looked like a ghost, her hair scattered in that little head of hers. She hadn't applied anything to her face, let alone her entire body. She used her hand to comb her hair which had little effect.

" Here, use this. I'll return to work. You are lucky the boss hasn't arrived yet," Zippy handed to her a makeup bag before she patted her back and rushed out.

Zia could finally breathe, but not after hurrying up with her make up and hair. It took her just ten minutes to look presentable.

Back to work, the assistant manager, Mr. Castillo had just arrived. He glanced at Zia before motioning her into his office. Zia felt her heart skip a bit, he didn't look so welcoming.

Zia entered his office and stood by the door. Mr Castillo seemed to be busy on his laptop. A chocking silence filled the room, Zia trembling from the fear of losing her job yet she just got started.

Mr Castillo looked up at her adjusting his specs.

" You applied to work here?"

" Yes sir, Mmmmh...not really, one of your employees had an accident the previous day and I requested to stand in for her," Zia said, her voice trembling in fear.

" What's your name , and why are you here today? I've been informed you just arrived,"

" I'm Zia. I thought I could continue with the work incase the lady wouldn't return today. I'm sorry I arrived late, I wasn't informed on the expected reporting time, and I must have slept off,"

" So Zia, why would you think my hotel would want someone like you. You just got yourself a job, but you can't even arrive early. I've not even employed you officially, and here you are, sleeping through the working hours," Mr. Castillo said with a calm but threatening voice. No wonder the employees chose to black out at work than fail slightly.

" Please forgive me sir, I assure you that I take my job seriously. This won't repeat itself if you give me an opportunity to work for you,"

Castillo glanced up at the feeble girl before him. In as much as he felt she wasn't made for such kind of jobs, she had done her job right and respectfully. No guests had complained about her on her first day. Her services were perfect.

" I'll give you one last chance. I hope you won't fail me. Your job will be to take care of our VIP clients,"

" Thank you sir, I assure you I won't ever fail you. Thank so much for this opportunity,"

" You can go, let Zippy guide you to the VIP section,"

Zia bowed before she hurried out of the room. She took a moment to let out the long breath she had been holding before rushed to Zippy who was heading back to pick the orders.

Mr. Castillo was left wonder what sort of girl she was. The manager had specifically asked him to get her to the VIP section. Maybe one of the clients must have fancied her. Too bad for such a young girl to already start attracting the attention of the big shot.

"What happened, you weren't reprimanded at all?"

" Your boss is really scary, but he gave me a chance. I'm supposed to serve the VIP clients," Zia said happily.

Disbelief was written all over Zippy's face. She had been working there for almost a year now and she had never been promoted to the VIP section.

" You are lucky girl, not every new waiters get to receive such an opportunity. What are you waiting for, go on,"

" Mr. Castillo said you should show me to my post," Zia said as she glanced up at her, looking for any signs of jealousy or anger in Zippy's eyes, but she didn't seem to feel bad about her getting a better job.

" Okay Zia, let me get this order and we can go,"

Minutes later the two walked past the parking lot into the next building attached to the one in which their hotel was. Zia got to read the name, Alliance Hotels.

" By the way this hotel was recently acquired by the owner of our hotel, since then they have been fused, here serving the VIP clients. I heard that soon they'll change it's name." Zippy explained.

" This surely is a grand hotel," Zia glanced around happily unable to believe her luck. She could see the expensive furniture and decorations, and the clean uniform the waiters had. The room was precious with beautiful hanging chandeliers. A water fountain was infront of the building which could be seen from the big windows.

Only a few guests were at the hotel.

Several miles away in an expensive villa, a young girl in her early twenties walked down the beautiful staircase with a glass of juice in her hand. She still had her pajamas on at ten in the morning. She walked to the living room where a woman sat reading through the dailies.

" Aunt when will you stop with this habit of yours?" The girl asked as she snatched the newspaper from the woman's hand and glanced at the first page.

A squeal escaped her lips as a happy smile plastered on her face.

" We really did it aunt, it was successful," Elvira said happily as she placed the glass on the table to have a look at it.

" We shouldn't celebrate just yet, you know how thorough he usually is. We should just pray that this isn't discovered," the woman said.

" When did you start doubting me mother. When have I failed you. I assure you, no matter how hard he digs, he won't trace it back to us. I'm just so good at this," Elvira said before she went in and hugged her aunt.
