Chapter 79: Derrick, what do you have to say for yourself?

Rose lifted her head to look at Luis. He kissed her forehead and embraced her.

"Rose, I love you too," Luis said in a gentle voice without hesitation.

The day they broke off their engagement, he realized he was in love with her. Initially, he engaged her because he felt he took something precious away from her by accident and he might as well take responsibility for his actions.

His love life had not been that good as it never ended well with all the women he chose to be with. The last one left him with a son, and he was put in a mental institution for a while. This is why his son is living a lie that his parents are dead, and he is his uncle. Luis made up his mind to give himself another chance at love.
