I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn’t realize I was still standing on the porch.

"Mam." I looked at the side from which I got the voice and saw that Nora was looking at me with some concern.

"Are you alright?" He asked again.

I again looked around and looked back at him and nodded in agreement, and then I felt a little wetness in my eyes, but ignoring his look, I started walking inside the house.

Cleaning my tears, I again walk on a known path, and with time, I can see nothing has changed here.

Things are as they are. Same beautiful, neat, and clean.

I saw a few houses; help was doing their work and bowed to me, noticing my presence, and I replied the same politely with a small smile.

I looked around to catch a glimpse of Sean, but I did not find him at all.

‘What should I do? Should I go to his room? As it was clear in the contract, I have to stay with him, or should I look for Bella’s room first?
