The Wu Palace and the whole capital devoured the morning light that was just gracing the day. The sky was quite clear with wispy clouds here and there. When Lui Xian had just gotten up, he stared at the blueness and he by chance spotted a bird circling around."What a beautiful morning. "Many thanks to everyone who has managed to come to this banquet. It's a great honour seeing you here, at this moment, to celebrate with us such a miraculous occasion...." Lui Xian and Rushan felt as if they were listening to a caterpillar creaking non-stop. Wandering amidst some rubbles, Lui Xian observed with a keen eye as to what had happened to the village. Lui Xian sat by the fire, occupying himself with making lunch just at the corner of the little cabin far from the windows and the entrance. Smoke rose in the air giving off a smoky-like mist. His eyes were watery and red due to being exposed to fire for too long. He was afraid of irritating Feng Shao and so prepared everything quietly.When he had first looked for a place to cook, he had hardly found any signs for such an activity. There had been no ashes anywhere that could indicate that Feng Shao had once cooked for himself. Even the pot he was using was accumulating dust in a corner, yearning to be enveloped by the yellow orangish flames that could make its base glow with a red hot tint. "You're awake." Lui Xian enquired after noticing the white haired male being fidgety in the quilts. He watched Feng Shao sit up straight. And stretched his arms while yawning. It looked quite cute. He quietly put the tattered book away, then faced him planning to talk to him. Feng Shao on the other hand did not feel like talking to him. He glanced anywhere but him. That's when he spotted a closed pot at one corner. And the aroma of the meat tickled his nose and made his mouth water with saliva. Some ended up leaking at one side. The moon took its place overhead, Lui Xian reached for the knife and retrieved it before handing it over to Feng Shao who received it joyfully.
