CHAPTER 33

AIVAN'S POV

Nakaupo ako sa swivel chair ko habang nakatalikod sa mesa nang marinig ko na ang pagpasok ng isang tauhan ko.

"Is it the usual?" I immediately asked.

Tumikhin muna ito bago nagsalita.

"No, boss. Umalis po s'ya kanina kasama ang mama n'ya." My jaw suddenly clenched as I heard that.

"S'ya? Sounds disrespectful," I said as I wave my gun.

"I-I mean ms. Amethyst, boss. Umalis po si Ms. Amethyst kanina kasama ang mama n'ya," he replied immediately in a fearful voice. I command one of my men to look after Amethyst--- it's not Rex nor Toby. I don't know why am I doing this. I don't really want to set Amethyst free. Even our deal ended, I still want to know what she is doing.

"Where did they go?" I asked as this one is interesting. Because, I always just heard that she is just staying home and watching their workers while doing their store.

"Pumunta po sila sa dalawang magkaibang hospital ngayong araw." I didn't reply for a moment.
