Alena showered, then looked at the clothes Fern chose to her. It was gray skinny jeans with a red v neck shirt. Just what she needed. She tried her clothes on, she doesn't know if she was going downstairs or just stay here. After what happened between Edmund her, she was kinda scared to see him again. Their marriage was arranged, so does he need to be all possessive over her?
She sighed, and ran her fingers through her hair, then got up to left the room. She made her way down the stairs, and started looking around the house. Then, she entered the kitchen, finding a woman probably in her fifties. The woman looked at her and smiled.
"You must be Alena," the woman said, smiling again.
Alena just nodded, and took a seat on one of the stools.
"I'm Rebecca, the housekeeper. Edmund told me a lot about you. I'm happy to finally meet you". Rebecca said, hugging her as she hugged her back.
