Brian’s POV

Standing there in the bathroom, I tried to come to terms with what just happened. One moment I had her moaning and the next she was gone. I will kill the person that banged against the door. If not for them, I would have taken her. I slowly exit, still feeling as if in a trance. Standing in the hallway, I felt a hand on my shoulder.

“Alpha, Hi Brian…. Are you listening?” I hear Bruce speaking, but with Cayden whining and going on in my head, I do not respond.
