Chapter 9:

★★BELLA★★

      She helped me with my bag. "No dear, you can't sleep here.

       My heart is already raising.

       "You can come to my house Bella we're like family.

        Huh, her house?! I never thought of going there.

       "Yes Bella, come to live with us." He gave Me a.shiver with his words. He looks so happy that I want to live with them. 

 "OK madam. Till I get a place to stay, I'll be paying you little rent. It isn't good that I stay for free." I say. I dropped my stuffs by the corner of the room. 

 Evening, Bruno drove the family home with his bus.

      I was given the room of Ariana and Lorenzo, they were going to sleep in Bruno's room.

        Ariana didn't want to leave and I promised to share the room with her.

       I unload all my things, I felt someone's eyes were on me. Bruno's...

        He walked to me and sat on the bed. "Bella, I want you to know that my family and me will always be helpful to you OK."

        I nod slightly. "Hmmn..." He got up and walked to the wardrobe, where I am. "Bella, sorry for what happened to your dad." He brought his lips closer and tried to kiss me.

       This improvement is too fast. I remove my face "Bruno, now isn't the right time. Please..."

       "Ok, sorry. Am so sorry Bella."

        I packed my things quickly and walk out from the room to avoid him.

         "Bella, come help me in the kitchen!" Madam Serena called.

         "OK!" I went to her and helped her prepare dinner.

        I closed my room after dinner and went to sleep with Ariana beside me. I'm so exhausted for a long day, so I want to sleep so badly.

      I closed my eyes in deep sleep, I can feel cold hands placed on my body. Slowly going in my short... My short is being dragged down, I suddenly opened my eyes. 'Bruno!!' I realize Ariana is no longer in the room.

     "Bru-" he held my mouth with his hands. He wants to rape me.

       "Hu mm..." I struggled to speak.

        He held my mouth with one hand and dragged my dress from my body with the other hand.

I bit his hand and yelled "help!!"

     Zio and madam Serena's voice were loud from outside. "Bruno, open this door at once! Leave her Bruno!".

     He still held me tightly, he started to kiss my bare shoulder after dragging my dress down to my breast. 

 Zio opened the door and madam Serena hit him with an umbrella... "You're a disgrace. You're a disgrace Bruno." She turned to me "Bella, are you alright?"

       "...” I want to call names, but i can't speak. I dragged my dress to cover my body and ran out of the house crying.

 I ran to the road side, And almost got run over by a car. I shifted to the other side of the road and sat on a cut log of wood.

       The car revised to where I am. He opened the door. "Hey, what are you doing by the street?"

      I didn't answer, he saw me leaving, why ask me stupid questions?

           "Get in..." He said. I don't have to Go, where would he drop me...? Plus I almost got raped just now.

         Just my bad luck.as I reject his offer, the rain started pouring heavily on my head. Lightening struck, made me so afraid. I still sit on the wood with my light dress, folding my arms around my chest, feeling cold. He sighed before coming out. 

 “Do you want to get in or should I carry you?"

          I still pretended not to listen. He lifted me up and forced me in his car.

      "Have no where to go, and you pretend like you're someone."

     Ouch... That's hurtful.

      Took of his jacket and threw it to me.

       I sit numb in the car. I never liked Dad, but I also never knew he was my saving grace in the hands of Lisa.

           I don't know where he was going but rather than been raped by Bruno or any other bad guy, I have no option.

      He drove to his house and stopped the car. "Get down" he ordered coldly

       I walked along with him with my shaky legs, I was feeling so cold

       He touched the switch. All the light in the living room were on.

          I still stood at the door.

       "Hey, are you not going to come in?" He asked as he opened a bottle of alcohol. Drank a little before walking from me to The kitchen.

       I sit on the couch, feeling a bit comfortable. The living room is so dirty. He brought me a cup of hot tea. "Have this".

 "Lady, are you ready to speak? Why were you on the street?"

       I didn't reply, I sipped the tea slowly, avoid his gaze. Mr Richard has a perfect body and could make any girl crush on him at a glance.

     "Still having an attitude? Dude, I found you on the street, and you're fuckin' keeping quiet?!" He walked away in anger.
