Arabella stared into Gabriels eyes. Adora coughed to remind the two that they were not alone. She glared at Gabriel when he glanced at her and grinned. “I think Gabriel was just leaving.”

Suprised, Arabella looked at Adora. In the short time she had know Adore, never had she been rude to anyone. Now here she was being rude to this wonderful hunk of a man.

“Oh, no, I don’t have to leave. Matter of fact, I’ll stay around and walk you both back to your vehicles.”

“We take an Uber to get us home, Gabriel. No need for you to go out of your way for us.” Again, Adora was rude. Arabella could only shake her head. Maybe the two weren’t that good of friends.

“Better still, Adora. I’ll drive you home.” Gabriel was back to looking at Arabella. At the cabin, they had no problem communicating, yet now, he could not think of a thing to say to her. He dreamed of this moment so many times and now that it was here, Gabriel remained tongue tied.

Arabella looked at Adora, trying to figure out w
