I was laying on my bed at my motel room thinking about last night and this morning, thinking about Luke. I couldn't deny it, I felt something for him and every time we touched there were undeniable sparks that ran across my skin. I had to admit that I don't fully understand this mate bond, but I was feeling it, I couldn't deny it any longer. And Luke was good to me and patient, he treated me like a Queen and always told the truth about, well everything really. Maybe I could at least try to let him in?
