“Are you sure about this?” Eloise asked as she gently tapped on her table after getting a report on Ian’s recent movement.

After two weeks of blatantly ignoring her even though they were under the same the same roof.

For a minute, Eloise felt hope fill her chest at the thought that maybe Ian finally decided to give up on Avery since she hadn’t heard him call or made any effort to reach her after she moved back at her apartment.

But seeing as he went running the momet after just a couple of weeks of being away, it became clear that Ian had no plans of giving up on Avery but if she can’t make him give up, she just have to pressure Avery into doing it first.

But knowing Avery’s personality, Eloise knew that wouldn’t be easy. If only she knew her father’s name, the rejection would have worked and she wouldn’t have to worry about it ever again.
