Chapter Seventy-Three
Niko and I had a magical weekend. Staying in our apartment in the city and enjoying quality couples time together, I loved every moment of it, I didn’t want to leave, Niko sensing my reluctance had promised we would spend more time alone often and I appreciated it, now I know he was trying as much as he could to give me what I wanted. I have just begun to accept that he is capo, he will always have a thousand things to do, I just have to remind him from time to time that I need him too. And for now, that’s fine with me. He’s made me understand that men think differently than us women and they don’t see things emotionally like we do and like he and my uncle have been telling me, if I wanted something I should just ask.
