THIRD PERSON'S POV

When Anita first heard the news, she ignored it and dismissed it as one of the many rumors that the pack members were fond of making up. The pack members thrived on rumors, for lack of better things to do with their time.

"He totally ran with her in his arms. He sped all the way to the clinic." She heard one woman say and she merely scoffed. The Ace she knew would never do that. He would never go against the set rules of the land.

On her way to get supplies for her pedicure and manicure. She was a pack warrior, but she didn’t let that stop her from being feminine. She especially loved looking good for Ace. She wanted him to know that she was an all-rounder.

On paper, they made perfect sense. It was up to him to see that.

She found two women saying the exact same thing. It was comical. She would have stopped to join in what she considered to be fooling if she wasn't so pressed for time. She was also arguably the prettiest woman in the pack and the only woman

  • MATED TO THE ALPHA TWINS    CHAPTER NINE

KARLA'S POV Ace was really here. Not a dream. Not an illusion. He was really here. I snuck glances at him from the corner of my eyes. I watched as he listened to the doctor on all the things I had to do and not. He was so focused on it that one would think he was listening to an impending war strategy. "How long in between for her medications?" "Two hours." The doctor replied. "They're strong enough to knock her out so she can choose not to take them." "She will definitely take them." He said seriously, and I rolled my eyes. Even the doctor thought I didn't have to take it. They talked for about two more minutes, with Ace asking questions that I didn't even think to ask, and I was the patient. It was safe to say that he knew me even better than I knew myself. Finally, the doctor declared that I could go home. My heart sank at the word. I had no home to go to. I had run from home, and in doing so, I left everything and everyone I knew behind. He squeezed my hand as if to tell m

  • MATED TO THE ALPHA TWINS    CHAPTER EIGHT

ACE'S POV The cot Rayden had the nurses place in her hospital room was as small as it was uncomfortable. I didn't last thirty minutes in it before I gave up. I shifted the chair so I could be by her side. I gently took her hand and placed it in mine. The feeling of peace that came over me just from holding her hand was indescribable. She had not changed much. She had always been perfect, but she also looked so much at peace that a tiny part of me wanted her to stay like that for the rest of her life, but I know I was asking her to die. Her ginger hair was longer and tamer compared to when she was younger. It had only been three years, but I know her eyes were still the same hazel that I would do anything for. She looked thinner under the sheets, and I vowed to feed her back into her original figure. The fact that she was taking this long to wake up was concerning. She had always been so strong. Sometimes during the night, the doctor came by to check on her. He merely assured

  • MATED TO THE ALPHA TWINS    CHAPTER SIX

ACE'S POV The only thing that kept going on in my head was the fact that my whole world was in my arms. Karla was the love of my life. Always has been. I would have done something about it if what happened hadn't happened. I sped through the pack at a speed that I had myself prohibited in the pack unless, of course, it was an emergency, and this was the father of emergencies. My mate was losing blood in my arms, and I couldn't get to the pack clinic fast enough. By the time I reached there, she had gone pale from the blood loss. "Doc, get in here now." I barged into the clinic with her in my arms, catching every single person in there off guard. To the doctor's credit, he dropped all he was doing instantly, delegating it to someone else. "Alpha, what is the situation?" He asked calmly as the nurses behind him cleared a bed so I could lay her on it. "She has lost a lot of blood." I could barely breathe with how worried I was. "I think." "Put her down and stay outside, Alpha. W

  • MATED TO THE ALPHA TWINS    CHAPTER FIVE

THIRD PERSON'S POV Aiden. No! No! No! She pinched herself until it hurt as the footsteps drew closer. Karla abandoned all the training her father had taught her. How to stay calm in every situation so she could come out on top. To be fair, she had been doing that before that pleasant, horrible smell. She grabbed the bars and shook them loudly, hoping they would somehow give way so she could escape. Zeal was not helping matters, she whimpered in pleasure and chanted for her mate. Had she seriously forgotten what he had put them through these past three days? Karla wondered in frustration. He was the reason they were in so much pain and starving too. How did he even manage to find her? She was far away from Blue Moon Pack. What did the moon goddess have against her? All these questions raced in her mind. She realized that there was nothing she could do in this moment other than to try to get as far away as possible, so she drew to the back of the cage, ready to attack him. To her gr

  • MATED TO THE ALPHA TWINS    CHAPTER FOUR

KARLA'S POV Managing pain and survival was something I never thought I would have to do. Not even my father's training would have prepared me for the sheer pain in my heart. Even with the knowledge that it was Aiden, it didn't make it any easier. I gasped and ran. I found a small shed, and I limped towards it. I needed to catch my breath, or I would collapse. That was the last thing I needed right now. I needed to catch my breath for a second, and I hid my scent. I don't know how I was able to do that, but I did. The best option for me right now was to turn into my wolf, but Zeal wasn't even remotely up to the task, broken bond and all. I was trying to connect with Zeal when I heard footsteps behind me. I froze and sunk deeper into my shadow. "Find her." It was Alpha Aiden’s voice that made Zeal whimper, sending a fresh wave of pain rolling through me. What the hell did he want with me? "How dare she walk away from me?" He fumed. I would be appalled by his arrogance if I wasn'
