Pietro was a bit late from work today. He had only arrived at around 5:00pm, and had arrived, looking exhausted. He was presently taking a shower while I sat on the edge of the bed, the socks in my hands and my fingers tapping nervously.

He emerged from the shower and heavens, this wasn't the time to fawn over his looks but I almost forgot my goal. He had a towel wrapped around his towel and one with which he was drying his hair.

"Y-your hair has grown" I pointed out.

"Right? I should get a cut tomorrow." He dried it a bit more, pulling down a few strands with the towel to see the length of it.

"Should I give you the cut?" I asked and he stared at me suspiciously before I burst into laughter. He chuckled, both of us recalling a memory.

I think Pietro had been 16 or 17 back then and I had insisted haircuts weren't that difficult. They looked so easy to me and so I had convinced Pietro to let me give him a haircut and after a lot of convincing, he let me.
