"Let me guess: he gave you a red rose bouquet, threw flower petals at your feet, or, would I say, in your face, took you to an expensive dinner; oh before I forget, did he reserve the whole restaurant?" She asked me.

"Who are you?" I asked, wearing a confused expression.

"I guess he did," she said smiling wickedly.

"Who is she?" I turned to Damon, who has been mute the whole time.

"Hold on, honey, I'm not yet done," the lady continued.

"Now here is the best part: the next morning he bought you an expensive jewelry, telling you how beautiful it looked and how it reminded him of you."

I was more confused than ever. Who she is and how she knows so much about what transpired between Damon and me is one thing I don't know.

"Sorry, do I know you?"

"Oops, I nearly forgot. Did he tell you that your eyes are to die for and beg you to put on the jewelry tonight?" She queried me, and before I could reply, she glanced at my neck and ear, then nodded.
