Suspect

Lilyana didn't want her suspicions to ruin her relationship with Ed Shane. Maybe it's true what Ed Shane said just now that she just forgot if they ever did it in that room.

"Thanks, Honey, this is delicious," said Ed Shane, closing the empty lunch box with nothing left in it.

Lilyana smiled proudly. One thing that she has always been proud of is her skill in cooking, but that also makes her sad every time she remembers who taught her to cook.

"You're welcome, I feel like it's been a while since I brought you lunch, right?"

Ed Shane nodded his head. "Yes, and I miss that."

"Why didn't you say it?" asked Lilyana, her brows furrowed.

"I feel bad, I don't want to bother you, especially with the child you were carrying."

Instantly the woman was silent, she again remembered the baby that had to be born prematurely and didn't survive.

"I--I'm sorry Lily." Ed Shane continued feeling uneasy.

Meanwhile Lilyana was forced to show her smile. "It's okay."
