After Sin leaves, I run my finger through my hair wondering yet again what I have gotten myself into, I don't want to attend that darn ball.

My jaw flexes as I think about it, I am going to end up being a lagging stock at the ball there is no doubt about it. What am I even going to wear to the darn ball?

I get on my feet and walk to the closet to see if there is anything nice to wear to the event, I open the wardrobe looking at the gown.

"No," I shake my head pushing a green gown to the side, I push some more away until my eyes fall on a strapless gown. My lips curl up into a mischievous smile as an idea comes into my head, if he wants me to attend then he is in for one hell of a surprise tonight.

"Ma'am," I hear a voice in my room followed by a knock, I close the wardrobe and walk back into the room to find a lady standing by the door wearing an apron, holding a tray containing toast bread and a cup of tea with a big grin on her face.
