Rebecca was silent. Samuel's question hung in the air."Why do you think I'm stupid?" Samuel repeated, this time in a sharp tone. But Rebecca only glanced at her husband, then stood up from her chair."I want to go home," said Rebecca.Samuel stood up. “Rebecca, don’t just leave like that. Answer my question!”“I’m tired, Mr. Wilson. We have to go to the civil registry office tomorrow, right?” Rebecca replied as she walked toward the exit.Samuel watched the woman’s back as she grew farther away. His hands clenched at his sides. Anger and curiosity burned in his chest. “Why do you always hide things, huh?!”Rebecca stopped at the doorframe. Samuel laid Rebecca's body on the bed. On top of his wife's body, Samuel kissed Rebecca's lips. His hands moved to remove his wife's clothes. Rebecca, too, could no longer contain her desire. Her hands moved swiftly to remove her husband's clothes. Unconsciously, both of them were now naked. Rebecca changed positions, placing herself on top of her husband. As her lips were about to kiss his neck, she noticed the hair around Samuel's neck. "Wait!" Rebecca said, getting off her husband's body. She took a razor from the drawer. "I don't like seeing hair," Rebecca said. Samuel remained silent. A few moments later, after the hair was gone, Rebecca touched Samuel's body with her hands, perhaps for the last time before her status as Mrs. Wilson ended. Samuel sighed as Rebecca's hand touched his erect member. Two hours had passed. Now Rebecca sat on the edge of the bed, her breath still irreg
Rebecca sat silently in the car parked in front of the club. Her hands were clenched in her lap, and her eyes stared blankly ahead. The air inside the cabin felt stifling, even though the air conditioner was on. Her heart was much colder than any air.Soon after, the door next to her opened. Samuel entered and sat beside Rebecca, closing the door without saying a word. The silence lasted a few seconds before the cold voice finally broke the tension.“Tomorrow morning, we’ll go to the civil registry office,” Samuel said sharply, glancing at Rebecca from the corner of his eye. “And tonight, you’ll accompany Mr. Miller. Serve him as best as you can.”Rebecca didn’t respond.Samuel turned his body, glaring at Rebecca with contempt. “Why are you silent? Why aren’t you protesting?” Rebecca swallowed. She looked out the window. “It’s pointless to talk. You’ve already made your decision, haven’t you?” Samuel snorte
"Nora!!!"The heavy, angry voice made Nora's blood freeze instantly. The woman turned slowly, and in front of her stood Anthony, his face full of rage. His eyes were red, his breathing was rough, and his hands immediately grabbed Nora's wrists.“Y-You?!” Nora’s voice barely came out.Anthony didn’t respond. With full force, he pulled Nora and dragged the woman toward the black car parked by the roadside. People around them noticed, but were too afraid to intervene because Anthony’s aura was so intimidating. “Let me go, Anthony! You’re crazy!” Nora screamed as she struggled. But Anthony only tightened his grip on her arm. “Enough, Nora! Do you think you can escape me?!” he hissed sharply. Suddenly, the car door opened, and Nora was roughly pushed inside. Her body collided with the car seat, and before she could get up, Anthony had already entered and slammed the door shut. The car sped off.“You’ll never be free o
Nora stood in front of the small mirror, her face pale, her hands still trembling. On the floor, Anthony's body lay motionless, his breathing heavy and slow. The anesthetic had worked faster than Nora had anticipated."Finally..." Nora murmured softly, placing the empty syringe on the table.Nora didn't waste any time. She quickly grabbed her bag, phone, and left the apartment. The morning air felt like freedom. After months of being trapped under Anthony's pressure, today she was free. But she still didn't feel safe. Nora called someone. "Liam, we need to talk. Right now."***In a quiet city park, Liam sat on a long bench, hugging his arms, waiting for Nora to arrive. Soon, Nora came walking quickly. "Liam," Nora said, sitting down beside Liam, her breath still irregular. "I've just escaped from that bastard!" Liam looked at her in surprise. "What do you mean? I don't understand!"Nora shook her
Rebecca swallowed. Her body stiffened at Samuel's question just now.Samuel's voice sounded calm, but his eyes were sharp as knives. There were embers hidden behind the man's cold expression.Rebecca took a slow breath. This was the moment. "Yes," Rebecca replied without hesitation. "I want a divorce from you, Mr. Samuel."Samuel did not react. He just looked at Rebecca deeply, as if he was assessing whether what the woman in front of him was saying was really serious."I've had enough. One year of being your wife, but never being considered. I'm not a doll. I'm also human, Mr. Samuel," Rebecca continued. "You don't even want a child from me. Every time we have sex, you make me take preventative medicine."Samuel leaned back in his chair, linking his fingers in front of his face. "Are you sure? After everything that happened? After everything we've-""Yes, I'm sure!" Rebecca cut in quickly. "Between me and you there is no l
