Episode 24 First Hug

Mishka picked up the call immediately, walking out of the Christian's cabin. She feared what would the doctor say, but this time, the doctor informed her that his condition was stable and he was recovering slowly. Mishka sighed in relief and thanked the doctor.

She ended the call and turned to leave, only to spot the same two boys who prepared the presentation. Both the boys were trying to talk to her, but they didn’t know how she would react, so they just stood beside the cabin, lowering their heads.

Mishka approached them. “What happened? Why are you guys standing here?” She asked, folding her arms across her chest.

“Ma’am, we are extremely sorry for the mistakes. Because of our lack of focus, the company lost such an extensive project.” The guy said, and the other one was quietly looking at Mishka’s expression. “But, we promise, we will never make such a mistake again. Please talk to sir and save our job.”

“See, if we lose this project, I won’t be in a position to convince him!
