CHAPTER 6

Two days later,

Pia was having dinner with her parents. She was silent since she got to know she was going to be a mother. She was feeling ashamed under her parent's gaze. They trusted her so much, and she broke their trust. She was scared thinking about their reaction. She came out of her trance hearing her mother's concerned voice,"Pia, what happened baby? You are looking pale. Are you feeling unwell? Should I call the doctor?"

Pia shook her head negatively and said,"No mom, I am fine. Don't worry. I was watching a movie last night and couldn't sleep due to this, maybe this was the reason." 

"You should take care of yourself, baby. Take leave from the office today. Take a rest." Her father suggested but she immediately refused saying,"No dad, I have an important meeting today." She didn't want to stay home, she was feeling guilty. She was scared, what if her parents got to know about her pregnancy. She hurriedly finished her breakfast with great difficulty because of nausea. After finishing breakfast, she left for the office. 

Pia was sitting in her cabin, holding her head. She got a call from Viren, who was calling her with a K & K enterprise file. She sighed, she took the file and stepped inside the cabin. Seeing her pale face, he asked with concern,"Are you fine?"

She nodded, then he said,"You should take a rest. Why did you come to the office?"

"I can't stay home. I can't face my parents, I am ashamed." She said sadly, Viren sighed. He can understand, as a girl it was so difficult for her to face her parents. Viren said to console her,"Pia, please give me some time. I will fix everything, please trust me." She nodded and was  going to speak, but she rushed inside the washroom. Viren rushed after her, he saw her vomiting.

He held her hair so she could vomit properly. After she was done, he asked with concern," Are you okay?" She turned toward him, before she could speak, she fainted in his arms, making him panic. He hurriedly picked her in bridal style and walked to the sofa. Putting her on the sofa, he called his doctor friend, who told him not to get worried as she fainted due to stress. Let her rest for sometime, and give her sugar and salt solution after she gains consciousness. 

Viren was looking at her sleeping figure worriedly, he was not there with her when she needed him the most. The child was only her responsibility, she was also responsible for the child. Suddenly he panicked thinking, what if she fainted in front of her parents or when she was alone then how would she manage everything. Fear engulfed in his mind, what if she fainted when no one was there and they could lose their child. He didn't want to lose his child. 

Pia opened her eyes slowly, seeing him looking at her with concern, she asked,"What happened?" Then looking at the surroundings, she said worriedly,"How long I was unconscious."

"2 Hours." He replied, while making a sugar and salt solution. Luckily he has salt and sugar in his cabin. He heard her worried voice,"What? I am in your cabin for 2 hours, what everyone thinks. OMG, I will  be the topic of gossip. No one will say anything to you as  you are the  boss of this company, but everyone taunts me and bullies me.”

Viren sighed, he sat beside her and moved glass toward her lips. He gestured to her to drink, slowly drinking with his hands, she heard him," No one will say anything to you because you are their boss' wife. This week, I will send my parents to your house. We will get married as soon as possible." She looked at him with wide eyes. 

"What? But what will we say to our family? Will they accept this marriage?" Viren held her hand and said, putting one hand on her stomach,"It's my problem. I will take care of everything, you just take care of yourself and our princess."

"Princess? You think it will be a girl?" She asked with a smile. 

He nodded and said,"Yes, she will be a girl. Father's princess." Pia smiles hearing his words. Then he asked her to rest in the room attached to his cabin. 

At night, 

Viren was lying on his bed, thousands of thoughts were running in his mind. He was worried about Pia and their baby, but he was also worried about their family reaction. His grandmother hates Pia's father because of Kiara's mother. His Grandmother thinks it's Pia's father who was responsible for Kiara's mother and his separation. Grandmother tried to give him money and a house, but he refused because of so called self respect, according to Grandma, if he would accept money then Kiara’s mother could stay with him. 

She would definitely get angry with him knowing he wanted to marry Pia, maybe she would stop talking to him or blackmail. Even Kiara's mother would object this marriage. Maybe his parents would support him. But, he didn't have any other option, he has to marry Pia as soon as possible. He has decided, if they wouldn't agree for this marriage, he would marriage Pia in the temple and shifted to other country because she is his responsibility and he can't leave her.

Suddenly he thought, "Should I tell them what happened? And about Pia's pregnancy? Will they accept her and their marriage?"

He shrugged this thought, "No, they will call her gold digger as they were already angry with Pia's father. Besides, this Pia didn't want her parents to know about her pregnancy. She would be ashamed. He can understand, no matter what society would blame her even though they both were equally responsible." He closed his eyes and took a deep breath. He had to fight so many battles for his wife and child and he was ready to face anything for them, no matter how difficult it was. Tomorrow, he has decided to talk to his family about his marriage with Pia.

He closed his eyes and waited for sleep to consume him.
