CHAPTER 45: A PLAN

Milka returned to bed, but she couldn't get asleep, she kept on turning on bed. She was expecting the call from Mike. When Mike, on the other hand, wants to keep her anxious about it. He had promised to call her, but she hadn't.

‘Tomorrow is my big day, I want to look at my best. It won't be good if I have sagging eyes, I better force myself to sleep.’

After thirty minutes of none stop shower, Charo was asked by Ivana to go remove John from the shower.

At least the cold shower helped him a lot because he could stand without staggering.

Jacky went to bed regretting why she didn't tell John the truth. She felt bad that she had lied to the man she still loves.

‘He deserves it after all he did you me. Perhaps he was here for his baby alone and not me or us,’ He thought.

Like someone reading her mind, Sylvia said, “Relax and find away to call him and tell him the whole truth. The time you will be ready to do so, bestie. You better catch some sleep now.”
