Jeremy’s POV

I was preparing to attend the mafia council meeting that was held because of the ‘Incest scandal’. I received a call from the chief security officer that I sent to guard Nora in the cottage. Over the phone, he told me that Nora insisted on going to the arcade when I made it clear to him that she must step anywhere close to phones or television or even… people.

I had to bail on the meeting and run over to the cottage. She was not at the cottage when I got there, I poured myself some whiskey, I paced around the room impatiently. I thought of going to the arcade but her car pulled up immediately as if it read my mind.
