In the penthouse,

Alisha sat beside Alice on the bed, her sleeping form cradled in his arms. The stress of the past two days weighed heavily on him.

When she confessed she wasn't Alice that day and he offered her a massage, she fell asleep and hadn't woken since.

He had briefly considered taking her to the doctor first, but quickly dismissed the idea. He didn't want Edward to find out he was there, fearing he'd tell Daisy, something Alisha wanted to avoid.

He refused to let any other doctors near Alice, not trusting them.

So, he waited, ensuring she stayed hydrated with some watery substances and tending to her needs while also eating to keep his energy up.

But if she didn't wake today, he decided he'd take her to the hospital.

Her health couldn't be compromised any further.

"Angel, please wake up. You're scaring me. I'm here, desperate to see you open your eyes. Please, don't do this," Alisha whispered, his voice heavy with sadness and emotion.
