39| Is he a vampire?

Amaira's POV

I awoke the next morning and tried to turn, but I was bound to the bed. When I found him lying over me, practically crushing me with his weight, my eyes flew open and a gasp escaped my lips.

It was hurting me, so I groaned and wiggled under him to make myself free. If he kept sleeping on me like that, I am sure he would break my bone. But this man is really very clever. Even while sleeping, he makes certain that he is not lying on my stomach. His arm was tightly wrapped around my waist, his head was on my chest, and his entire body was mercilessly crushing my arm.

My motions shocked him awake, and he blinked several times before turning his head and putting his weight on his arms for God's sake.

This is the first time I have discovered him sleeping with me. Otherwise, he stays up late with his laptop, forcing me to sleep early, and he is generally in the bathroom when I wake up in the morning.
